As u have see server month by month have less ppl to play... my opinion is that happens because of vietsoul clan and their bots clans...
these ppl play at events as clan 20vs3... sometimes as you know they feed for win their members... i believe this should be stop...
i believe if vietsoul stop trash events and play at survivor and deathmatch all vs all and dont look who is clan and who is not, many ppl will join again to server..
now all are dissapointed with that which happen with just one clan...
if u want my view you have to BAN their IPs.. not their chars, because they will create new and will make the same things...
if u banned their IPS for 1 month you will see how many ppl will be join again to the server... ppl will be more happness and not dessapoited...
you can try it for 1 month... if u accept my offer we will see what will be change to server...
more happy ppl, more online ppl, more enjoy for all and i believe and for yourself...
