Fine tuning on new hellbound monsters. Status, drops, etc.
Efficacy of Wisdom, Agility and Strenght reduced from 100% damage bonus to 20%.
Seed was never supposed to be an easier hunting zone (easier than the others). But to be equal. What will determine in which area you'll go should not be the stregnt of the monsters, but which items do you want (GCM? Elementals?).
In other words, Seed will be a little harder. Hellbound will be a little easier.
Remember that some monsters now have the possibility to drop Ancient Enchant on hellbound as well.
