All kinds of Summon skills (Gate Chant, Summon Friend, .gotolove) blocked during TW and Sieges. This is to avoid the use of glitches in the Siege zones in order to use these skills. Since all Siege are in the same time now and all teleports can be used, there's no need of summon skills.
