We are excited to announce that the update regarding RMT, announced weeks ago, will be released on January 6, 2025.
What is RMT? RMT refers to Real Market Trade, where players trade items, characters, and accounts among themselves. The Administration will no longer interfere or prohibit this type of transaction, making it possible for players to earn real money by playing.
To make this implementation possible, we need to make some adjustments to the game as described below:
🔷Mediators will be recruited to mediate these transactions between players securely. Mediators can charge fees or a fixed amount for their service. Additionally, they will have a special role on Discord for easy identification.
🔷A dedicated channel on Discord will be created for players to trade items among themselves.
🔷Trading through Private Stores will be done exclusively using Exilium Coins instead of Adena.
🔷The Exilium Coins of all players (including NPC and website prices) will be multiplied by 10,000 to facilitate the trade of small items.
🔷Similarly, the Adena of all players (including NPC prices, drops, etc.) will be divided by 100 to simplify transactions and avoid excessively high numbers.
🔷Ancient Adena will be removed from drops, and the prices of items purchased with it will be converted to Adena. Those who have AA will have their value automatically converted to Adena. In the future, we may reintroduce AA as an exclusive drop for specific items.
🔷The Auction from the Community Board will be removed.
🔷An item search system for Private Stores with teleportation to the corresponding shop will be implemented.
🔷The current Play To Earn system will be deactivated. Those with Exilium Ether will have their Ethers converted into Exilium Coins.
Additionally, two fees will be applied to all transactions:
🔷Item transfer fee – Whenever an item is traded, sent via mail, or through Private Store, a fixed Exilium Coin fee will be charged. Each item will have a specific fee that may vary depending on its enchant, element, and augment. Most items, especially unenchanted ones, will be exempt from this fee.
🔷Coin transfer fee – Whenever Exilium Coins are traded, sent via mail, or through Private Store, a 3% fee will be charged. Mail between characters of the same account will be exempt from this fee.
Fee Exemptions:
- Characters on the same account do not pay fees when sending mail to each other.
- Premium characters do not pay fees when sending mail or trades between characters of the same Master account.
- Clan leaders with a Fortress, Clan Hall, or Castle do not pay item transfer fees when sending items to members of their own Clan.
