🔷Castle and Fortress skills, as well as Event and Champion skills, will no longer work inside the Tournament. General rule: All exclusive skills (that not everyone can possess at the same time, for example, wards) will not work in the Tournament. And, all others that everyone can possess at the same time (Skin Mastery, Fame skills, common clan skills) will work.
🔷Premium characters will be able to open Private Stores in cities even if the store limit in that city has already been reached. In other words, if a city is fully occupied and you are Premium, you will still be able to open your store.
🔷A button has been added to the System Menu interface to open the Private Store search window anywhere in the world. This feature is only available to Premium characters.
🔷The "Base Tax" of all cities has been set to zero. What is this? In all NPCs that sell items for Adena, the "base tax" of the city is added to the castle's tax. For example, in Giran, the base tax was 10%, added to the usual 25% of the castle, totaling 35% more on product prices. This "base tax" has been removed from the calculation and will only be used if the castle has no owner. From now on, only the castle's tax is added to product prices, reducing item prices in cities by 10 to 50% (depending on the city, as each city had a different base tax).
🔷A problem has been fixed that only allowed non-Premium characters to teleport to Private Stores if they were near a GK.
